A.Vogel Dormeasan Hot Drink is a soothing bed time hot drink with elderberry flavor combined with other ingredients that are known to have sleep inducing effects: passionflower, lemon balm and valerian. Drinking this all-natural warm drink helps to relaxin the evening, have a good sleep and wake up refreshed and rested. Additionally A.Vogel Dormeasan Hot Drink also contains magnesium, which is good for the nervous system, and zinc, which contributes to a normal resistance to stress. Suggested Use: About half an hour to an hour before bedtime take 10 ml according to the following steps. Shake well before use. 1. Measure 10 ml syrup out on the enclosed measuring spoon (1 spoon is 5 ml). 2. Put the syrup in an empty tea glass or empty mug. 3. Pour 175 ml (about one cup) hot water and stir well. Ingredients: Sugar syrup; elderberry juice concentrate; clear water; extracts: Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata), lemon balm (Melissa officinalis), oats (Avena sativa), Valerian (Valeriana officinalis), hops (Humulus lupulus); magnesium chloride; acid (citric acid); modified corn starch; medium triglycerides of vegetable origin; preservative (potassium sorbate); zinc citrate. Free of lactose, gluten and artificial colors, flavors and fragrances.
